Obito isn't weak. Not even close to weak. He just got used to fighting with kamui so much that he lost sight of other important parts like taijutsu, genjutsu, and kenjutsu. Being able to use your kk genkai effeciantly is what it is made for right? Like madara for example: he is nothing without the sharingan but with it, we'll we know what he can do. Another example is sasuke: he can't fight well without his sharingan like all uchiha because They are used to fight with it all the time.

Itachi is still top ten with only a sharingan i don't know wth you're on. did you see a Mangekyo sharingan when he 1 paneled deidara and orochimaru? Neither did i, and they're both top 20. No. Plot is what kept him alive so long. He even used plot in this fight in the form of random black rods that came out from his arm. Yea, bro, you can even pull black rods from your skin (never done this before when it could've been useful) but you can't properly parry a kunai? Kill youself.
I've been sick of all the war plot( rasengan to mask. punch to stomach, yadayada), and i was at least expecting redemption in the form of a dead kakashi. What happens? Obito dies. Like gtfo out, wow. If you'd die so easily, you should have never bother'd getting kakashi into a 1 v1 situation.

He couldn't use kamui. That's all the matters in your response. He's useless without kamui. He wasn't holding back. People don't 'hold back' when they're about to get killed. Unless you think stabbing kakashi in his chest and using a grand fireball is holding back.
As to your last part, that makes absolutely no sense. He didn't care about the fight? wtf? Kakashi's been a pain in the ass for the longest while. He's been trying to genjutsu persuade kakashi in kamui dimension for the longest while and kakashi specifically told him he's going to kill him. What'd he expect? A little dildo fight and go back to the battle field? He'd expect kakashi to go back to konoha and sleep? No. He had to kill kakashi, there was no 'not caring'. Even if there was, tell that to the hole in his chest.

No, it's not plot no jutsu. If you think back, and i've overlooked this, OBITO CAN'T FIGHT. SHow me ONE scan of obito using ANYTHING BUT kamui in a fight?? You can't! the guy can't do a thing but kamui people into a dimension where he can genjutsu them. His entire arsenal revolves around not being able to get hit and then dropping people in genjutsu. Remove his kamui and he's a fodder who can't even taijutsu right. At least itachi (another genjutsu specialist) learnt how to use a ****ing kunai. God damn.

ugh dude wut? Madara would rape jounins without his sharingan. Even in the flashbacks we heard of kid madara beating adults, and that's before he awakened his sharingan.
