[Predictions] Why Madara isn't using amatratsu

Madara cant use it because amatratsu doesn't exist, lol.
I'm joking, it's because Itachi created it, it's not something that comes with EMS, EMS just allows you to be able to do it.. Sasuke only has it because Itachi gave it to him.

Stop saying this! You are the thousandth person I've heard say that Itachi gave Sasuke amaterasu. Nooooooooooo!!!! Sasuke awakened his own mangekyou sharingan! His own!!!!!!! If you don't believe me, go back to the part where Sasuke said "We are the hawk. We exist to crush konoha!" At this moment, he awakened the mangekyou sharingan and all of the powers that came with it (including amaterasu)! I know Obito said that Itachi gave all of his ocular powers to Sasuke but this does not mean that Sasuke could not awaken them on his own! If I give my sister all of my bacon, does that mean that I invented bacon or that my sister can't ever make her own bacon? No it does not! Think of the concept in this way, but replace bacon with amaterasu. Also, what makes you think that Itachi invented amaterasu? Just because Itachi was the first person that we as the readers ever saw use amaterasu, doesn't mean that he invented it. When I was born, my dad was probably the first person I ever saw drive a car, but does that mean that he invented cars? No it does not!!!!!!! Sorry to sound so angry with all the exclamations. I just really don't get how people got this ridiculous idea that Itachi was supposed to be the only one with amaterasu.

2> only Tsukiyomi and amaterasu are not the requirement for Susano...two mangekyo sharingan are the requirements!
3> Sasuke and Itachi have similar(not same) abilities...as the same eye(Sasuke got Itachi's eyes) is being used.
4> for example, Shisui and Obito gained different abilities.
5> Madara just might not have amaterasu, he might have some other ability.

when an uhiha awakens ms Tsukiyomi and amaterasu is born in the root of the eyes. every uciha with ms can use it. but susanoo is a rare ms technique not all uciha with ms can use it. Each uchiha with ms has its unique jutsu ex>

Sasuse- Sunsanoo+Enton
Madara- Sunsanoo full version.

but it dosent meant that madara cant use amaterasu. Maybe he can but he's just not using it. and you also need both pair of ms to activate the three unique ms jutsus.
