At this point his other eye would be better but, the Rinnegan also has huge advantages. Revival and it's given techniques is much more versatile than MS but with both the Sharingan eyes are much more powerful rather than just having one, which has been said in the manga. You also forgot Sasuke was recovering for a while from his transplant which would also apply to Obito.

Remember Obito has Senju DNA

And i believe The rinnegan is better than his other Kamui eye,

Even tho Dual Kamui is the Most OP.

You need both eyes to awaken Rinnegan. He's taking the eye back so he can fight Madara. He's the only one who can since apparently Naruto just got 1-shotted by Madara.

Obito can Izanagi and cancel Raikiri. He also can self-heal with Hashirama cells using no hand-signs. Kakashi is toast....
