Shino vs Kiba?

Gigant 3 headed dog = too fast , too big and too powerfull for shino to survive it

If kiba uses that atack since the beggining, i don't see shino winning

Kiba + Akamaru transform into cerberus, GATSUUGA! they destroy shino's bugs and destroy Shino. Then they get stop their gatsuuga and celebrate. Only it wasn't Shino, it was an insect clone. Shino appears from behind them with the rest of his bugs and eats them.

Shino wins.

Shino has to do the clone before the battle OR make the clone faster than kiba's serberus (wich i don't think its possible, that jutsu is really fast and shino doesn't have impresive speed feats)

Speed feats: insects sneaking up on zaku from chunin exams in just 2 panels, while no one else saw until it was too late...pretty impressive seeing as though they were in an open area, and the bugs remained hidden until the last minute.

besides, Kiba may be fast...but that's all he has going for him. Shino actually uses clones, including substitution jutsus. if anything, kiba would be running from the insects...

just think, if Shino used the move he did on the game (Parasitic Insects: Hailstorm)....THAT would be OP! *sigh* such potential

Shino making a Bug Clone is quicker. Kiba has to pause long enough to create a Shadow Clone, jump onto Akamaru's back and then form the seals for Three-Head dog. This would actually allow Shino to just swarm Kiba head on.

And while Shino himself has no impressive speed feats, the speed of which his bugs move aren't exactly slow.
