shino..his bugs can do almost anything. it adapts to almost everything. it took down or wasnt a problem for danzo ninja with the bugs and it took down gwen barrier. kiba got beat by almost everything.

Shino knows how to quickly work an opponent's advantage against them. Also, Kiba is extremely predictable. As fast as he is his attacks always tend to make the same pattern. Lastly, as noted by Shino, the kikaichu continue to pursue the target even if they use high speed justu. Top that with Insect Globe, which takes control of the area, and Kiba's speed shouldn't be that much of an issue.
