obito is a fodder without kamui,he doesn't even know how to use rinnegan properly even thought having a rinnegan eye grants instantly all of its powers,his wood style is so weak without the spiral zetsu suit,manga facts.i'm surprised that he was actually able to touch kakashi.

Uh Obito has Rinnegan and is able to use it to control the Edo J.T., the gedo mazo, was able to synchronize with the statue and use some of the Rinnegan techniques. We know Madara knows that Obito can use Rinne Tensei, as well as the Human Path on Yamato and various other powers. Kabuto was afraid of Obito when they met.
