7/10, I like his techniques and I just have no problems at all with this character.

He's just a typical shinobi with some interesting mind-reading abilities like the Yamanaka clan. He's not anything special. I'd classify him as an inessential side-character who shouldn't have even made it to this poll. It's not as if I dislike him, but he's primarily a fodder.

Again another 4 his a decent character but his not had enough spotlight to attract my attention

I had to give him a 1. He's just an uninteresting side character with too little development. So I would give him a 2 or 3 then I remembered he idiotically ran into a room and without checking to see who was in side, asked if Itachi really had come back. Seriously, what kind of ninja does that?

I'll give him a 6. He's a decent shinobi, jonin level. But he doesn't appear that much. Was also seen at the entrance ceremony of Kakashi's generation.
