Deidara's weakness was the sharingan in that case. But i think Bee would somehow figure out, that his lightning style would overcome the clay bombs. I don't know if u watch manga (if not, don't open the spoiler)0, but there is no way Bee will lose against Deidara.

Because Deidara lost against Sasuke Sharingan Only. Bee fought 6 Tailed Beasts/Jinchuuriki with a Sharingan AND Rinnegan. Deidara would've been vaporated in that battle.
