Pretty much this. What's the point of -rep if it takes away 1/2000+ rep points? There isn't one. Personally, it's literally impossible for me to lose even a single bar of rep let alone all of it, and the fact that it will never go past 11, means that it will stay put forever, no matter what happens.

And my rep power is 5 btdubs. Lol
