I'd wager that EMS is slightly superior to KCM similar to how MS barely beats out SM Naruto.

I think KCM Naruto is about the same level at current EMS Sasuke if not slightly stronger. If Sasuke gets PS then I think he'd be about the same level with BM Naruto but we don't know much about PS other than it has a power comparable to a Bijuu so we'll have to wait and see.
