Vincent’s earliest memories are of the trek to Konohagakure from the destroyed Uzushiogakure . Along with many other Uzushiogakure citizens, Vincent applied for and received an immigration permit. While he was waiting in line for this, he saw Re-L Mayer for the first time and fell in love with her. She was present during his interview to enter Konohagakure.
At Konohagakure, He came across a man named Roku. Vincent was, at first, frightened by the man. He had a young yet rugged look to him. Roku stopped to look at him and smiled. He approached Vincent and talked to him. Instantly, Vincent's fears and doubts went away. The two men started talking then the topic of Philosophy came up. Vincent was a philosophical baboon. He knew nothing about any one. So he just kept quiet while Roku rambled on about life and its mysteries. Nearing the end of his speech and/or rant, Roku mentioned that philosophy was the key principle of his clan. Vincent's eyes opened wide as soon as he heard this. He gazed at Roku and asked him more about his clan. Roku picked up on the young man's eagerness and offered to let him join. Vincent, without a second thought, said yes at the top of his lungs. Roku and Vincent traveled back to his dojo where. Vincent began his Kiyoshi clan training. In about a year, Vincent became an accomplished Kiyoshi Warrior soon to elevate rank to Kiyoshi General. Vincent temporarily left the dojo so he could start his other training.
His first stop was the Samurai county of the Land of Iron. There he hoped he could learn how to at least wield a sword properly. Once he entered the village, he was confronted by the Second Command to the shogun. However, this was not a hostile confrontation. It was greatly friendly and kindhearted. He asked him what was his name and what was his purpose. Vincent told him that he wanted to learn Kenjutsu. The Second in Command was intrigued by this and brought him to the Shogun. The Shogun was also intrigued and began to teach the young shinobi how to use the sword and be proficient with it.
In three years time, Vincent had successfully completed his kenjutsu training but was no where near mastering it. The Second command and took him to the side and told him that he could teach Vincent a way to increase his taijutsu power making them twice as powerful. This interested Vincent greatly. He was genuinely excited. That feeling has almost never been felt before or if not had not felt in a long time.
The next morning, At the training ground, Vincent and the Second in Command met for one last training session. Training for weeks at a time, Vincent was able to use the ZX Buster technique. Once he gained the necessary skills from the Land of Iron, Vincent left and began his journey towards Sunagakure. There was talk about the style of Ogame Ryu. The one known as Typhon created it and could teach it. That was Vincent's next goal.
2 weeks of travel time is what it took for Vincent to reach Sunagakure. He was hit by the heat of the desert in front of him. After spending so much time in the land of the iron he got to use the cold and snow. The heat was unbearable for him. Once Vincent reached the gates of Sunagakure, he requested that he came in to see Typhon, the Tortoise of the Sand. They allowed him entry but for only a short amount of time. He asked around the village to ask where Typhon was but it didn't help in the slightest. They kept telling him different place. The frustration on Vincent's face was clear. The sun beating down on his body didn't help either. Vincent walked into a sake shop and sat down next to a young man. He asked him if he knew where Typhon was. The young man laughed and looked at him and admitted that he was Typhon in the flesh. Vincent automatically pleaded with him. To teach him Ogame Ryu. Typhon looked at him and agreed. For the next 6 months, they trained rigorously with barely any sleep. However, due to certain time constraints, they could not complete it. Vincent promised he would return to complete it at a later date.
