It´s depending. Some fillers contain pretty cool storys but other ones are just a waste of time.
E.g. i pretty liked that filler about that kid, who controlled the weather with his emotions.
But generally you have to decide by yourself whether you want to watch them or not. But these are not relevant for the understanding of the real story these are mostly just alternative storys

It's fun and I like them, it's not important but I'd tel you to watch them I love it... but this place (NB) is filled with so many people that were dropped when they were kids, so if no one dies and there burst blood out their throat they think it's a shitty anime, or when a girl is strong, beautiful or majestic... it's a shitty anime, or when the main character is the good guy, they think it's a shitty anime, and when there are a funny episode without killing, it's not worth to watch?

Not really ... most people just want to see action instead of story thats why most fillers are getting hated -.-
I really loved the filler with the story of Guren and Yukimaru
You can try them and watch some fillers and then you´ll see whether you like them or not If you don´t like them, stop watching ... else keep going
