I think the Satetsu should be able to defend Sasori from Deidara's bombs although C4 might kill him since he probably has no info on it.

It could go either way imo but I am leaning towards Sasori.

Im aware that sasori does not have lungs but i found it quite plausible thaat the microscopic bombs would be able to enter his heart by chance. Just a theort though.
