Just wondering who else here has a MyAnimeList account, since it's a really neat site for keeping track of what anime/manga you're watching as well as finding other things to watch.

Mine's in my sig if you want to add me there, though it's probably best to let me know beforehand.

Nice, you've got a pretty good list, looks like you've seen a lot of stuff. In particular I saw you've gone through a lot more of the longer series than I have. And I think I should ask if it's alright to add you since, well, not everyone likes random friend requests and such.

Also, don't wanna be that one naggy obnoxious guy but I just wanted to say that I really enjoyed Durarara, Eureka Seven, and Gurren Lagann and I saw that you dropped them. I'd definitely recommend you get back to them sometime (especially Durarara, which doesn't pick up until later, but when it picks up it really does; though I would say this is also true of the other two) but I can't promise you'll like them since I'm not quite familiar with your tastes. If you don't want to that's fine, just pointing out that those are series I think are worth it from my experience.

You can add me if you want, but, I don't really use that site for much other than recording what I watch. I dropped ES and Gurren because I don't really like mecha anime, and I found them boring. As for Durarara, I'm not sure why that's on my dropped list. I'm still currently watching it... so I guess I'll have to fix that up.

Just sent friend requests to you all, I hope that's fine. If not, well, I'd definitely be fine with chatting more. There's never a shortage of things to discuss when it comes to anime after all.

I get what you mean, I personally like mecha a lot but I know there are a good deal of people who don't. That said I do think they're worth seeing even for people who aren't as fond of mecha since they offer a lot more (Gurren with its over the top atmosphere and themes of evolution and humanity's potential, Eureka with its adventure and romance elements) but that makes sense, especially with Eureka Seven since it is 50 episodes long.
