Rate the Kage: Tobirama

How does the Base think about the Kages... As in personality, powers, actually it's just... Do you like the character or not?

Let us start with the most controversial one, Tobirama.

He is one of my favorite characters, after all.

He is in my top 10 list. I like this character, he's one of the best written char's from Kishimoto.

He's badass, sometimes what cold... But still his motivation is in favor for Konoha, a place he always heroic protected.


10/10 for in my opinion the best Kage there is (was).
