How is Minato supposed to know that Itachi is capable of putting him under a genjutsu by pointing his finger? And his dusk crow technique doesn't require eye contact either. Its common knowledge to avoid an Uchiha's eyes but not his finger and etc.The second itachi decides to use genjutsu will be the same second Minato teleports behind him and kills him via one of the various kunai he has placed on the battlefield. Minato literally teleported and used Rasengan on Obito before Obito even had time to finish a thought so why would he give itachi the chance to make a move?
It's called prep time for a reason, Itachi won't get a chance to use shuriken when Minato is preparing his kunai and when he finally does, Minato will have already blitzed him and stabbed him in the head. Even if Itachi did use shuriken, that would only help Minato spread his kunai around the field. Also, how exactly does Itachi react to instant teleportation that occurs within the nanosecond the fight begins?
Maybe it would be high diff if it weren't for the fact that Minato has been given an hour to prep his kunai. Even if Minato was given like a minute to prep his kunai he'd still own.
If the kunais are scattered close to Itachi at the start of the fight, then I admit Minato wins.
Edit: Itachi's fighting style revolves around genjutsu unlike Sasuke. And Sasuke didn't even attempt to use genjutsu. But I do know Itachi does not take him low diff, I would say high diff if Raikage is angry.
