As the title says, we know Portgaz D Rogue. She was epic. She kept Ace inside her for 20 months according to the online translation. But what about Luffy's? Could she have something to do with his dad being the infamous revolutionary leader that he is? Tell me your theories.

Well about Luffy's mom... what would make a woman forfeit her child and give it away to its grand parents? That is quite a misery but I sure do know she couldn't raise Luffy so gave him to Garp. Luffy said he only has Garp as family when he spoke to Ace but truth is we founded about his father afterwards so I think his mom would be revealed too, and I dont think she is still alive, probably dead... I dont have proof yeah I know.. but pieces add up.. women love children, they not raise them unless there is a good reason why they couldn't

Well judging from the detail that she has been with, Luffy's father training during the TS. She would have definitely found out. So yeah, it's not plausible.
