Not so sure I agree about the third, but I wanted to test the 4th. He can dodge all of Itachi's attacks and outlast him.

No it wasn't. It was just stated that he's fast. A's father hasn't shown the speed capable of letting him evade Amaterasu.

Ay carries his father out of Amaterasu's way.

He isn't activating Susanoo right after Amaterasu ( which is even more draining ), nor is he holding it enough to kill Ay.

This just shows that he becomes weakened after doing so, not that he can't do so. Especially since the things he did during his fight with Sasuke total up to much more than a simple Amaterasu and using a lvl 2 Susanoo.

Itachi can't hit him with Ama, Tsuku isn't happening either and Susanoo isn't an option either because he would simply be outlasted.

Uh, no. Not any half decent ninja could have evaded those Shuriken, nor was it as simple as an attack as you make it seem.

Again, Itachi already did much more than this in the manga so arguing he can't do less makes absolutely no sense at all.
