Sakura wasn't able to react. When Kakashi explained Silent Killing, it showed Zabuza use Silent Killing on a tokubetsu jounin and the tokubetsu jounin couldnt react. If he couldn't, then Sakura in part 1, a completely useless genin couldn't either.

Why didn't he scream and shot when Kakashi was charging at him with Lightning Blade? Is punching the ground scarier than being held by huge ninja dogs being the target of an elite jounin with Sharingan coming at you with the S-rank Lightning Blade?

He doesn't need to "defeat" Katsuyu. Both Sakura and Katsuyu are in the mist, he just has to get Sakura, which he can.

What can Katsuyu do to Zabuza if she doesn't know where he is? Katsuyu's acid attacks need to be aimed, which can't be done if she can't see Zabuza. Also, her splitting and healing can't do anything either

This really isnt going to kill zabuza. He outclasses her in simply every aspect, hes faster,more durable,cooler and has a lot more techniques such as hidden mist and some high rank water jutsus.

Not in every aspect. Sakura is more intelligent and more analytic. Zabuza isn't famous for his intelligence.

And how is he supposed to accomplish that when she's at the top of Katsuyu's head which he needs to climb if he wants to attack her?
That would reveal his position, therefore is not an option. Katsuyu can also have one mini absorb Sakura and have hundreds of others scouting the area.
You act like the mist has paralysing properties. Any giant summon can render it useless.
