The reasons ,why madara is waiting and juubi fate

Madara knows that he couldn't become jinchuriki untill rinne tensei, only which obito could perform.
He knows whole world cannot harm juubi,because no one is at the level of rikudo.
He just want to test his godly prowess on hashirama because he has not seen any shinobi better than him.
He is also waiting for obito,because to make further step towards eye of moon plan ,he needs obito guidelines so much and obito is busy with kakashi.ultill then, madara will stay calm and play with hashirama and others.

juubi fate lies in the hand of two persons, obito and naruto.
