I don't understand why people say ninja "outlast" Itachi.

They don't get that Itachi would use what he needs to use regardless of the time.

So instead of saying they'd "outlast" Itachi, they're better off saying how they counter all of Itachi's jutsu.

But not many ninja can, at least from what we know about them.

Kabuto couldn't follow Itachi's clone feints, so good luck on arguing that he'll evade Amaterasu or Totsuka combos.
