How many Katsuyu are there?

Is there just one enormous Katsuyu in the bone forest and only parts of her are summoned? Sakura summoned a normal size Katsuyu to the main battle but another normal sized Katsuyu was still with Tsunade. And it wasn't at different times because Katsuyu explained the situation at the battle to the kages.

I know she can divide herself but I thought her mass couldn't exceed the size of a normal Katsuyu but now there are 2 normal Katsuyu's
