Madara said those with Senju and Uchiha DNA can awaken the Rinnegan. He said nothing about the EMS.

I thought you needed both pairs of sharingan eyes and they both have to be mangekyo to summon susano'o
BUT you need both Eternal Mangekyo Sharingans to summon a ''Complete'' Susano'o

And to ''The Big Boss'' I don't think you'd need Tsukuyomi to get susano'o that's just a genjutsu that could be casted with the 3 tomoe sharingan but I do agree with your amaterasu statement seeing as to you'd need a mangekyo sharingan to use amaterasu

now when i look at it,itachi used only 3 tomoe sharingan to cast tsukoyomi,madara too used only 3 tomoe sharingan to cast it on obito[chap. 601-607 around] and obito too used it against kakashi recently[yeah i think it's tsukoyomi because it's exactly like madara's version].and don't say madara doesn't have tsukoyomi or obito don't have it,because they r both planing to become the jubi's jin. and they r definetely not the fools who would make a plan like that requiring tsukoyomi and don't even it.

He cant, you need two pairs of eyes, the best he can get is unlimited MS use, but it's logically impossible for him to obtain EMS.
