It stated they were normal humans but because they kept hanging around Ichigo, they developed their powers. At that point in time, they had no powers so my argument still hold true. I also liked the fact you clearly ignored how objects can hit them too.

I can even go with this approach too if it's not good enough for you.
How about the fact when some humans get captured by hollows they can hit them. That's fodder humans hitting hollows. They also wouldn't be able to grab them either if they truly were in a spirit form, but since they do, physics state that if you use any force on an object, that same object uses the same amount of force back.

Let me dumb that down for you.
If a hollow touches a human, that human is also touching a hollow. Doesn't matter how they are being touched, the reaction is still there.



And Naruto and Bleach characters can see them. Just because Bleach Humans can't doesn't mean One piece and Naruto characters can. Both in Naruto and One Piece characters have seen spirits/ghosts.

If the best Bleach can do is blow up a small hill with Ichigo at his strongest, there is no comparison. Bleach gets owned. Current Ichigo would get stomped by both Naruto and Luffy(because Ichigo is so much weaker now compared to then, unless you want to prove me wrong with feats of current Ichigo *_*). What's sad is that was 100 chapters ago, and people who argue for Bleach can only bring up those feats. Anything after that hasn't even gotten close to the power levels of Aizen and FGT Ichigo. The ONLY thing close is Yama and by powerscaling Bach. After that, it is all down hill(Zero squad is featless and the Spirit King for all we know could just be a cripple old man with no powers so they can't be brought into any logical debate).


So I'll say this one more time. Stop wanking Bleach. They are not as strong when you put it all into context like I just did. Give it about 3 months though, and I bet Bleach will be on top again, since everyone is about to get a huge power boost pretty quick here. Then we can have this discussion again and I'll tell you from an unbiased view, who is strongest. I could give 2 shits which verse is strongest because the story is what is important. It won't matter 8 years from now anyways when Both Naruto and Bleach have finished and One Piece has gotten such a power up that it will make the other 2 look like fodder. I'm not a bleach fanboy, I'm an avid reader of the Big 3 Shonen mangas and many more mangas, I was just merely stating the unfair advantage that the author set for bleach characters have over other manga universe characters.

Well as long as you're not a fanboy, we can have a proper debate about this. The way your first post was, it sounded like something most people who wank Bleach would say. It even made it sound like they could beat DBZ. Sorry if I lumped you in with the rest.


The rules of the Bleachverse say humans can't see shinigami and hollows. Only those with high spiritual energy can see and hit them. Well physical objects don't have any spiritual energy but they can hit them as I pointed out with Chad and the telephone pole. Humans are grabbed by hollows. This shows humans can physically touch hollows as well without a high spiritual energy.

While not being able to see them may remain true in the Bleachverse, it doesn't with physical contact. Most people don't realize this and forget these early chapters.

But the point I was making, even though humans in Bleach can't see Shinigami, it doesn't mean One Piece and Naruto characters can't as well. You stated I'm ignoring the specific set of rules that Kubo made for his manga and its characters well what about the rules Kishi and Oda have made for their manga.

I showed Naruto physically seeing and trying to grab his own soul. I showed Brook's soul and the crew physically seeing and reacting to him. Do we just ignore the rules of One Piece and Naruto and only accept Bleach? No, that is biased. We accept all rules from every verse. If they can see them in their verse, they can in other verses as well.

I mean what is a shinigami really. It is that persons soul taking on the appearance of what they looked like as a human.

It is all the same really, soul/spirit/ghost. You say they shouldn't be treated the same, but they are.

Rules of Bleach say humans and objects can physically make contact with shinigami and hollows.

Rules of One Piece and Naruto say they can physically see souls/spirits/ghosts.

In cross over battles you accept all rules, thus making it possible for One Piece and Naruto characters to see and hit Shinigami. Ignoring some and rejecting other rules in favor of one verse is a form of bias.



Now for the bold. I hope you truly don't think that. You say you read all of the big 3, so you should know it won't be that simple, specially with recent feats. Ichigo at his strongest would be something to deal with, but it still isn't anything Naruto or Luffy can't handle.

Most other verses are weak to cutting attacks, but that doesn't mean they can't defend against them, specially with recent feats.

Naruto has his cloak, and Luffy has haki. Believe it or not but Naruto's durability is really high with the nine tails cloak. Remember back when he went 4 tails. Orochimaru couldn't even pierce Naruto with his sword. That was way back then. Naruto now has tanked his own TTB going off which destroys mountains. He even used it to save the allied shinobi force from the Juubi. I wouldn't be worried about Naruto tanking a couple getsuga tenshou's.

Luffy though I would be a bit worried. Throughout the series it stated Luffy was weak to cutting attacks. Although hit by multiple cutting and piercing attacks like Lucci using Rankyaku and Shigan on him during their fight. Luffy still managed to keep going. Although, those attacks aren't quite up to getsuga tenshou, with Luffy's recent mastery of all forms of haki, it won't matter much. With CoO haki, Luffy can see any attack Ichigo would do, and see the outcome of it before it is even done. We saw that with Luffy vs Mihawk. Luffy stopped his attack because he knew if he went through with the attack, Luffy wouldn't have his arms left. Now on top of CoO haki, Luffy also has CoA haki which gives him an extra boost in defense making him harder then steel. Basically any attack Ichigo does Luffy sees coming and dodges, and if somehow he does get hit off guard, he has Color of Armament's haki to tank the attack to cause minimal damage.


Then again, this is just the main characters who aren't even the strongest in their own verse. What would Ichigo do to people like Obito or any logia like Kizaru/Ace/Enel/etc.. He couldn't even touch them. WB would quake away any attack he does. Madara would put Ichigo's ass to sleep or show him a real sword slash. The Juubi would......oh God. Let's not even show the massacre of that.

I hope I don't have to bring DBZ into this to show how badly they would stomp Bleach as well. They can see souls as well. Remember how Goku commented on the line of souls at King Yama's place. Ya. Their durability is too high to even be hurt by most attacks from Bleach as well. Krillin's destructo disk couldn't even hurt Perfect Cell, and that attack is far beyond any cutting attack from Bleach.


Anyways, you can reply to this if you want to, if you make a good reply I'll come back. I hope I have shed a bit of light on the subject of cross over battles and how certain verses can in fact see spirits within their verses. I'm sure most people would agree with me, except the hard core Bleach fans needing the "they can't see shinigami so they win" argument to have any hope of beating Naruto or One Piece.
