He doesnt have kotoamatsukami, Thats shisui's power not itachi's, and izanami only works on people who dont acknowledge themselves. Wouldn't work on like 90% of narutoverse.

OT: hiashi, people say neji is the best of the hyugas when hiashi is far, far better than him.

He doesnt have kotoamatsukami, Thats shisui's power not itachi's, and izanami only works on people who dont acknowledge themselves. Wouldn't work on like 90% of narutoverse.

It effects anyone it's cast on, it can be broken by those who acknowledge themselves, but its not like their immune to it. They can't even begin to break it until they realize it is a genjutsu, and then they could attempt to break it.

Konan is more under rated than everyone here except Hiruzen and maybe Darui.
Konohamaru has Potential but not that much ... Many Characters more under rated than him.
Itachi isn't appreciated like he should be .. I agree with that .. Tooo many Itachi Haters.
Rock Lee and Shino are so under rated. They both seem more than midground characters than stars and that's sad cuz they are awesome and deserve to be stars. They need more fight time.

5 ) Tsunade - in the war arc she finally earned some respect, but she is still underrated
4 ) Deidara
3 ) Sakura - the useless ***** just got a power up, but there are still plenty of idiot who think she can't defeat Hinata :|
2) Sasori - he has 298 puppets. He can solo even Itachi.
1 ) Sai - he almost soloed the Juubi. The Juubi > Narutoverse. This puts Sai above Hashirama's level.
