. In ch. 572, the 1 time we actually get to see some of the Sage's face, we see that he is an old man. If we were to compare that with a similar facial shape, (doesn't necessarily mean he was reincarnated as that person; I'm just looking for a comparable face), out of Minato, Sakumo, Naruto, or Kakashi, who seems to fit the bill the most?

I think the Sage will resemble someone thats a cross between Naruto and Sasuke or he looks a lot like Naruto just.

The Sage seems to have a rather large nose, unlike Naruto, Minato, Sasuke or Kakashi, and if I remember correctly, the text on the tablet isn't actually readable, or something (I think it's been discussed on Narutopedia).

I think old people in general just get larger noses and ears... They continue to grow I think.

OT, he looks kind of like Naruto Minato to me.

In reality, sometimes, yeah, but people of Narutoverse don't change with age like that. Madara, for example, had pretty much the same nose shape as in his youth. But well, it's just a small detail, anyway.
