Considering that Tsunade punched through Madaras Susanoo... I dont even want to think what she would do to Hidans body. Would he be alive after that? Obviously, yes. Would he be able to fight and complete his ritual? Obviously, no. Plus, she has Katsuyu.

Hidan's body can not be "broken" you can only incapacitate him by dismembering him and Tsunade is not capable of such a thing.

First of all, Hidan's ritual damage is not instant. Asuma died but it was not an instant death. The second she feels her heart is taking damage she pops Byakugou and proceeds to crush Hidan to a bloody pulp, since she can crush him but she can't die due to Byakugou.

When Byakugou ends Tsunade will be tired but will have no damage taken whereas Hidan will be scattered in 100 pieces.

Tsunade wins this with NO difficulty.
Hidan's ritual circle is useless,when Tsunade is using her chakra enhanced strength.Furthermore he isn't tanking her punches or Ranshinsho.She can easily "kill" him with that method:

Was he rendered immobile when Kakuzu's futon mask blasted him with a jutsu that annihilated giant trees? Was he rendered immobile after he broke his own femur? Was he rendered immobile when Shikamaru teared holes in his entire body with his shadow? You can only stop his movements by dismembering him, Tsunade can't do that, breaking his body won't do anything.
