Has anyone noticed that Mito Uzumaki had a diamond on her forehead just like Tsunade and Sakura

My theory is that Mito was the first to develop this seal and that it helped her tame the Kyuubi. I know it was stated that Tsunade was the first to develop it but what if its not true. What if Mito developed the seal first?
