This is a short theory on how I believe the final fight will go down between Naruto and Sasuke, based on new evidence from the most recent chapter.
As you can see within these pages below, we learn that Naruto and Sasuke have there own way of winning this war, and achieving peace.
Here Naruto says to Sasuke when the Juubi is weakened, put out the black flames and Kurama and himself will pull out the Bijuus .
And here we have Sasuke replying disagreeing and saying to let it burn, and he will destory this antiqueted system.
So here we have the major disagreement between Naruto and Sasuke. We have Naruto who doesn't want to kill the Juubi, he just wants to weaken it and extract the Bijuus out of it, which will mean that the Juubi is nothing without the Bijuus.
As we all know Naruto is already friends with all the Bijuus, so I'm sure his plan would be to redistribute the Bijuus to the hidden village, but the Bijuus will cooperate this time, after learning that Naruto is the "Reincarnated" sage of six paths.
Sasukes plan is to destroy the Juubi and let all the Bijuus within burn out and die. He wants to create a Shinobi system without the Bijuus, because they are what created the Shinobi system with hidden villages ect.
Narutos way of peace is redistributing his newly befriended Bijuus, and Sasukes way of peace is getting rid of bijuus once and for all.
So as we know Naruto is the Jinchuuriki of Kurama. Sasuke will try to kill Kurama by any means necessary, even it means killing Naruto. We all know when Sasuke sets his mind on his goal, he accomplishes that goal ( Besides Hashis talk no Jutsu). Sasuke will try his hardest to achieve his "Peace", especially for Itachi. So even Naruto doesn't want to fight Sasuke, the only way he can survive is if he fights back with intent to kill, as Sasuke will be doing the same.
