Sasuke's new weapon: The Gunbai

This is Sasuke's opportunity to get Madara's Gunbai (war fan)!
1. He could steal it while Madara is waiting for Hashi or
2. Ask Madara (It's not like Madara is currently doing anything at the moment).

Sasuke: Hey gramps, I need to borrow the Gunbai.
Madara: *Stares at him for a moment before handing over the fan* Sure knock yourself out young Uchiha. Just give it back before my fight with Hashi...and don't screw up my evil plan.

The gunbai belongs to madara,it's madaras toy and madara doesn't seem like the sharing type.

How would he use it from inside his susanoo?

He could sync with his Susanoo weapons, just like Itachi's Sword of Totsuka and Yata's mirror. It would also ugprade his enton/amaterasu.

That would be pretty OP though, his sword of Kusanagi with Madara's war fan synced with Susanoo!
