Well Orochimaru is kinda strong but throughout the series Gaara is gotten stronger and stronger. Although Orochimaru is experienced with Water techniques so he might be stronger b/c Gaara's sand can dissolve b/c of Orochimaru's Water Release

Well water doesn't work on gaara sand it was shown when he fused his sand with Mei water against Madara.....

He never had it but now because he has mokoton it states on his bio he does have it but it don't matter gaara sand isn't effected by water... Proven when he fused his sand with Mei water

Is this a joke. No competition. A half dead Oro fought a four tail Kyuubi easy. Gaar couldn't last.
Gaara has gotten stronger but not to this level.

Orochimaru takes this one, dude battled naruto with 4 tails no problem while he was still unable to use his jutsus. I think this one isn't close, he's smart enough to figure out a way to get around the sand. As long as they aren't uchiha, orochimaru won't have too hard of a problem lol.
