What? No. I have no idea where you're getting this from.

Gai has shown time and again the advantage he has over Kakashi is speed.

Gai's BASE speed rivals the Body Flicker itself.

Did you read what I wrote? I said ''He isn't much faster than Kakashi'' not ''Kakashi is faster''.

It doesn't matter what did the damage regardless, the wires or the tags.

If Hidan can be cut by simple wires and explosive force, Gai's punches (which have tons -literally, tons- of force behind them) can tear Hidan apart.

With enough speed and power, a similar effect to cutting can be produced.

If I have a metal cube, I can cut that cube with a welders cutting tool.

With enough speed and power behind my punch, I could also shatter that cube with one punch.

That doesn't matter at all because of two reasons:

1.) It didn't rip Kisame's body at all.
2.) Gai wouldn't know that he needs to rip his body apart, seeing as how he has no intel on Hidan.

I'll post my ten ton marble argument.

What would happen if you dropped a ten ton marble on Hidan's head? Chest? Arm?

If he's supposedly immune to physical attacks, it should just bounce off, right?

Obviously that's not the case. Hidan's head would collapse into his spine. Hidan's chest would blow into his spine. Hidan's arm would be cleaved off.

Would he be dead? No.

Would he be incapacitated? Yes.

Gai's punches carry at LEAST 3 tons of force behind them, in order to shatter a concrete wall. He takes this soundly.

Not to mention Hidan can't fight what he can't see. Gai's speed solos.

Did you read what I wrote? I said ''He isn't much faster than Kakashi'' not ''Kakashi is faster''.
See above. He is far faster than Kakashi.

See above.

Kisame's durability is clearly > Hidan's by manga feats.

I'm not saying he rips him apart by choice. I'm saying his punches at full power will rip him apart
regardless. The speed and power required to form fireballs from sheer friction >>>>> wires and bom tags, easily.

Getting scratched by Hidan does not mean instant kill. Hidan can not draw his circle and perform the ritual as long as Gai keeps him busy in cqc.
Except that he can do it in the beginning where Gai has no idea why that even benefits him to damage himself just for his religious weirdness(cant find the right word).

Also; Gai is superior to Hidan cqc; he can seperate Hidan from his scythe; even Lee was able to seperate Kisame from samehada in kazekage rescue arc(and the gap of speed skills between Lee(4,5) and Kisame(4) is smaller than Gai(5) and Hidan's(3,5)); Gai is more than capable to do it against Hidan.

Except that Hidan uses his Taijutsu at mid range so separating is not happening. Kisame and Hidan both have two completely fighting style. You cannot use speed as your argument as it is obvious that Asuma and Kakashi are faster then Hidan yet he was able to pressure them in combat.

Except this argument is completely baseless in the NV so this whole post is moot.

Gai engages Hidan in CQQ.
Gets scratched
Dies

Any other methods of Gai hitting will be ineffective.

Assuming Gai sits and watches as Hidan assembles his ritual, centers himself, then proceeds to stab his own body...

Nah, Hidan can fight with broken bones. Atsugai broke his bones pretty much, seeing as it hit him head on.

Where are you getting Atsugai broke Hidans bones? Kisame took Hirudora head on and no bones were broken.

How is this baseless in NV?

Oh wait? it isn't. They have bones and bodies too.

It's the most obvious part where Hidan's bones were broken.. Althought, there are some more scans where his bones were broken.

Uh wait it is because you are comparing his punches to those weights like his fist is that heavy. Not only was that pointless argument, Sakura strength greater the Gai didn't destroy the Juubi clone like you are explaining.

I think I need to make a whole thread about this:

Concerning Hidan "Is Done For, When Taking Internal Damage".

Here you see his ribcage, etc body part, was pierce.

Edit:

Hidan breaking his own femur.

You must be registered for see images

Here you see Shikimaru sewing, punching in, and strapping down his body.

And last, he took a took a blast that should of broken down his body from the inside due to it's pressure:

My point was breaking his body shows no sign that effects him from being immobile. His body has to literally be separated from each other in order to be immobile

He fist is essentially that heavy when combined with his speed and power.

He broke a cement wall with a single punch.

Juubi clone isn't human. They are made of an odd material that can form and reform.

You didn't even address what would happen if the marble hit Hidan. Answer that.

As for your "argument", it doesn't make sense.

Hidan's femur clearly wasn't broken. All damage was transferred to Asuma.

Show me where Hidan's bones were broken by that Fuuton.

Your argument doesn't make sense regardless. How can you walk when your leg is split in half?

So why don't you so kindly supply a manga scan that implies that all his bones were broken, since it's so obvious.

As I said, Kisame completely withstood the air pressure from getting directly hit from Hirudora, which is on a larger scale then Atsugai [ ] Yet Kisame showed no sign of internal damage, seeing that he broke out of Yamato's wood restraints using sheer strength alone.

Just look at EjBlack's post.. All the manga scans are there. It's post #28..

Your answer is the same situation as Sasuke crushing Danzo to the ground.

As for my argument was exactly the point when you mention Asuma's situation. To transfer his attack he has to aim where he wants to damage his opponent. Since Asuma's femur was broken (which Hidan aimed for) that means the damage Hidan was taking means nothing.

This is common sense its like I have to explain how he can walk around with a stake stuck in his heart:

Okay... so where is the manga scan that implies that Atsugai broke Hidans bones? That argument is baseless. Not to mention piercing damage =/= bone smashing.

You do understand that your indirectly saying that Kisame is more durable then Hidan, right? Which only means Gai's techniques will be doing more damage on Hidan then it did on Kisame.

Idk where you left off with AC but the moves he has taken applied them being ineffective. If you look at the move Kakuzu did on Hidan and Kakashi, what do you think would happen if Kakashi did take that pressure attack?

What do you think would happen if Someone's heart is stab and various of places and vital points?
