Since you started using DNA in your argument. DNA can be passed down from a parent to its offspring it doesn't mean that you will have the same traits as your parents. Much like Hashirima, he was the only one who had the mokuton ability (as we know of) from the entire history of the senju clan that gave him god-like self healing abilities. Though tsunade is her grand daughter if you dont have the right mixture of genes you will never have that ability. She is just like any other unrelated person to hashirima. Also I think there are a lot of senju that woud've die if they were split in half, even naruto.
I think katsuyu is the only member of the slug family. Since she reproduce thru parthenogenesis and still retaining her consciousness with her clones. Hence, if there are more person that have a contract with the slugs, all they can only summon is katsuyu. And kishi never hinted an idea of other slugs other than katsuyu unlike the frogs and the snakes.

Sakura is just torn to pieces out there because as much as she loves the fact Sasuke wants to be Hokage she knows he'll eventually try to kill Naruto because he is the 9 tails jinchuriki, and Sasuke ain't bout to let no Bijuu's walk around. (I really don't know for sure... I hope not... but to me it's looking like Kakashi's last ride. He really has no help in there, and Obito is past the point of trying to reason. Because Kishimoto we don't need a Nagato moment with Obito.)Have you been reading the manga? Kishi builds something up, then leaves it and goes on with something else, and then goes back to previously built up line and just... like seriously how awesome was it when the 4th hokage got revived and yet all he has done is send a tailed beast bomb away... i bet he will spend half a chapter on kakshi v obito, all of it at most but thats stretching it and if he does die, there probably will be flashbacks.
