i would say play with ppl u know. Strangers wont care to spam u or not.
And Neji is one of the most OP ones in that game. I have been wrecked pretty badly by a good Neji user.
And Neji isnt even my best nor do I particularly like him, and I still wrecked someone bad.

I got it for my birthday and I'm upset that my favorite character Ino's combos has been shortened, and doesn't have any new jutsus, and Awakening Mode jutsu like the others

watch out for masked man, minato, deidara, sasuke ems spammers ... try to play more defensively and wait for them to make the first move so you can counter or dodge.
