We didn't see it, but Hashirama's death. The group that killed him must have been stronger than the Gokage, or he must have been weakened.

Madara's "death". Why would he charge at Hashirama when he had no chakra (meaning no EMS), knowing that it could very well be a mokuton bunshin, and that nobody, even sensors, could tell the difference between Hashirama's mokuton bunshin and the real Hashirama excluding him when he had EMS activated?

I don't think we can count Kabuto out juuuuust yet. I think he'll make a re-appearance before the series ends whether it makes an impact to the plot or not.

Neji was killed off by Wooden Pikes while the other Kages is still alive after Madara used alot of forbidden technique which is usually OP.

Neji just died all the sudden, which to me is totally unfair, but it has really momentum inspirational death, still don't like the fact that Neji is almost irrelavence for the whole part 2
