[Theory] Orochimaru is not blindly following Sasuke

Heard some people say that Oro will follow Sasuke. Seeing his speech about Jiraiya, I think he'll ignore Sasuke if he starts PSMing again (which seems to be the case).

I think he's a seriously misunderstood character in these series. We haven't even seen his flashback yet. There's a reason why he used to be evil. He seems to be siding with Tsunade by now as she's one of the only people he can relate to.

A person like Oro has plenty of time on his hands. He merely wants to watch now.

He wants to see how Sasuke's gonna roll, and just back the **** up from his evil goddam plans probably.
It wouldn't be a big of a suprise if Orochimaru was lying all this time..
If Orochimaru is still evil, there better be a good reason why.
And if he does, I think it would be a powerful one since he saved Tsunade's life and shit.

We know most of the villains' backstories, why they turned out to be evil etc. And they mostly have good reasons, even though those reasons are right or wrong.

On the other hand, Orochimaru is our first serious villain and he had an important role even from the start and he still has an important role. But I am really disappointed that we don't know much about his background, what drived him to try to crush Konoha, why he bacame an enemy of Konoha... I'm sure it doesn't have much with not being chosen as hokage.

I just want to know more about his background...

And I think that Orochimaru wanted to crush Konoha because he wants learn a jutsu to bring his parents back that died, and he did (edo tensei)..
And maybe doesn't want any distractions from Konoha, since it's the village that he left.

either kishi is trolling us hard, and orochimaru is still evil and is masterminding something, or he has really changed, i do believe we need more back story on orochimaru to understand. and sasuke is just a mess lol

Kishi is not trolling, and orochimaru is just playing around as a good guy, he will change later. Eventually.
