Naruto takes this quite comfortably. Naruto is a excellent martial artist now and as such Neji will be overwelmed by his Kage Bunshin this time around. His Hakkesho Kaiten cant save him from Rasengan and variants either.

Hinata wont amount to much. Her Taijutsu feats are sub-par. Hakke Koushou support is about all she has to offer here as Naruto's Taijutsu is superior.

Neji's speed is also much greater. No SM or KCM/BM to help him out here. Just his usual plain 3.5 in speed and average reflexes.

Baseless, Neji is a Taijutsu specialist but that doesn't warrant that hes significantly better than Naruto. Especially when Neji doesn't have any Taijutsu feats past his bout with Kidomaru. While Naruto has had Gama Kumite training and has show cased that he is an excellent hand to hand fighter. This combined with Kage Bunshin will overwelm Neji. Especially when you start adding in Rasengan and Gama Kuchiyose.
