All i've really seen from hiashi is double vacuum palm where neji does single.

Even though Sasori's shell is made of wood, it doesn't mean that it is necessarily impermeable to chakra attacks. It just means that Neji has to use a more powerful attacks for him to get through it. Back then in part one in Kidomaru vs Neji, Kidomaru mentioned that his golden armor was specifically chakra resistant. It doesn't mean that all armor is the same.

Because of this, if the battle goes well, then Neji does have a chance at winning high diff.
