If its First Reign (Prime) Hiruzen then he wins easily.

Hiruzen's hype can't be used against Tsunade. Why? The reason is simple. Tsunade become Kage after Hiruzen's death. No one said Hiruzen will be stronger then the next Hokage.

I wasnt suggesting that the strongest hokage hype be used.

More so him:

Knowing all jutsu that exist within the leaf
Mastering all forms of shinobi combat (taijutsu included)
Having massive chakra reserves


That is what put him over tsunade during his first reign as hokage IMO.​

Think logically. He can't use all of the jutsus from the leaf. There are kekkei genkais ( Byakugan, Sharingan, Mokuton ), secret clan techniques ( Yamanaka, Akimichi, Nara, etc ), medical ninjutsu ( which requires precise chakra control ), forbidden techniques ( Tsunade's Byakugou, Orochimaru's oral rebirth, Jiraiya's Sage Mode , etc ).

It's impossible for Hiruzen to learn every single technique.

Tsunade herlsef was consifered a taijutsu master by Jiraiya. But let's say their taijutsu is equal/ Hiruzen is better. This still won't help him. First off all, trying to defeat Tsunade in a taijutsu battle is suicide, secondly she can heal from every physical damage.

I can't imagine Hiruzen having more chakra than Tsunade. Tsunade is partly Senju, partly Uzumaki. She healed a whole village using only her base chakra.

And don't forget Prime Hiruzen wasn't able to use the Shikki Fuuin. He learned it from Minato.

Its actually not that crazy to believe that Hiruzen has knowledge and can perform some feats of medical ninjutsu, as Sakura and Ino were taught it at a young age. And his hype given that he mastered every form of shinobi combat also can help tell us that he know medical ninjutsu becuase medical ninjutsu is a form of shinobi combat.

But medical ninjutsu isnt really relevant here. Hiruzen is very capable of using multiple Forbidden Techniques, as he has already demonstrated. And also becuase we have seen that he housed a scroll that was loaded with only forbidden jutsu, which as the professor it realistic to say he read and studied it.

Hiruzen's chakra has already been shown to be extremely strong or powerful when released. This was shown when he released it on orochimaru and cracked the roof top, much like hashirama. Which means that the scale or power of his jutsu is in a league of its own, when in his prime.

His range of jutsu from his hype go from:

These are simply elemental S-rank jutsu that hiruzen could know since they exist within the leaf. And dont forget the hiruzen and emna could both clone themselves, which means tsunade would be troublingly outnumbered.

Im not even sure which Hiruzen we are talking about he, but if it is Hiruzen during his first reign as hokage, then IMO he would most definately stand a chance against tsunade. He was refered to as the God of Shinobi after all.​

Also Part 2 Techniques couldn't be considered in his arsenal because we don't know if they were there at the time Hiruzen knew all jutsus.
Additionally, Temporary Paralysis was broken by Genin Sasuke and Sakura. I don't see Tsunade being stop dead in her tracks.
Also Tsunade is unlikely to be outnumber considering the number to which Katsuyu can divide herself. I find highly improbable that he could make as mini clones as Katsuyu would human minis. If any thing, they'd be outnumbered. And their clones would easily disappear with one hit as opposed to minis who aren't going anywhere.
