by all accounts, Naruto should hate the world more than Sasuke

• his true nation, the eddy nation, was annihilated- almost everyone killed
• his mom and dad were killed by evil uchiha controlling the 9tails at his birth
• this resulted in him growing up alone and never having parents
• and the villagers treated him like an outcast because he had the 9tails
• his sensei's were murdered by akasuki (jiraya, and now kakashi)
• the village he grew up in, the leaf nation, was destroyed in one jutsu by akasuki (pain)

sasuke:

• his clan was killed by his brother because the clan was corrupt and planning to overthrow the village government
• he had to watch it happen, and did not understand the true reasons behind the attack until later in his life

sounds like naruto has a much greater reason to hate the world than sasuke

you froget sauske was always alone more than naruto as naruto had shikamaru,choji,ino,sakura etc. while sauske had no body. plus naruto maybe was alone from the start he did not have bonds like sauske did, naruto couldent grasp the suffering sauske felt tell naruto lost jiriya.

I agree 100% with this, throughout the series, Kishi gives Naruto more reason to become an Obito and exact revenge on a certain person/organization/village/etc., but Naruto decided to channel all his anger into his life-goal of becoming Hokage at an early age, and what usually gets overlooked is that Iruka became an older brother figure to Naruto and I'm pretty sure that relationship really helped seal away that anger. But that's also the point of Naruto; not giving into anger and hatred, even through the corrupt and bad-doings of the past and present. He's to endure.

Naruto never had any connection to the eddy nation. He didn't even know about it until he met Kushina. Never knew his parents either. How he could hate because of what happened to people he didn't even know makes no sense. Sasuke made it clear that he suffers because he had bonds with his clan. He knew and loved them. Sasuke witnessed the murder of his family when he was just a child, and was tortured with the images for 24 hours. Even then, he doesn't "hate the world." He only went down a truly dark path when he realized his entire life was a lie and he killed the only person he had left, and learned that he and his clan had been sacrificed for the happiness of everyone else. The clan wasn't corrupt. The planned the coup because they were being ostracized in the very village they formed. Even Naruto admitted he probably would have done the same thing in Sasuke's position.
