1. Federal government of the naruto world will not bat an eyelid to what the shinobi (equivalent to soliders) are doing. They will not get involved or even talk about the crazy war going on.

(most people even forgot there was a world in naruto that the villages are just a small part of.)

2. We will never be shown Kakashi or Hiruzen's 1000 jutsus they've learnt.

3. We will never know what the anbu or root are during this massive war?

4. We will never know what sasuke and naruto learnt from jiraiya & orochimaru in the form of skill during the time skip.
