He should have died along time ago. The only reason he stands a chance against obito is PLOT. Obito isn't using none of his ability that could easily kill kakashi in seconds. Second is how the hell is kakashi still going when its been shown time and time again that he has very low stamina/chakra. This manga is going downhill fast.
