Awkward topic: Hinata and Neji and the Hyuga clan.

This is going to be a awkward discussion topic. When I first learned about Hinata and the Hyuga clan..how Hinata and Hanabi are both "pure" clans in the family..I often thought it would be a strict rule that maybe the Hyuga clan married within the family to keep it pure..so I had Hinata and Neji in mind...at first. After a while, I got to see how close they got as cousins sometime after the chuunin exams..and then saw Hinata's love for Naruto. And thought.."Okay, maybe they can marry anyone they fall in love with." I still wonder if Hiashi will approve of NaruHina. I'm still waiting.

Hinata and Neji are closer than you think, Because their father are twin, they genetically have the same father but different mothers. SO they are like half brothers and sister.

well marriges between relatives can be happen if they are long distant; but Neji and Hinata are children of identical twins; they are genetically half siblings in a way. Clans are large though, the marrige can be with a long distant relative (i do not like it anyways)

But in the manga, Neji knew that Hinata had some feels for Naruto (ex: end of part 1); and Hiashi was there; not giving a phuck; so he might not care, Kishi did not show the extent of the clans' relations and traditions...

i thought about making an new thread about why naruto won't end up with hinata but i'll tell it here

naruto always loved sakura known fact. sakura loved sasuke untill the point he wanted to kill her. the latest chapter confirmed what i thought. when sakura confessed here love to naruto, naruto said he didn't want here based on a lie from her own feelings because she still loved sasuke. but now that love is gone you can clearly see it in here face at page 17

she doesn't love him anymore. now she can get the real feelings she has for naruto and naruto will embrace those because they are real. thats why naruto will end up with sakura and not with hinata. + hinata confessed her love to naruto infrond of pain and naruto never did anything with it

They don't marry within the clan. None of the clans do. People keep trying to compare the Narutoverse to ancient Japan. Kishi has made it clear that the Narutoverse is more modern.

But it wont be fair if naruto ended up being with sakura. If sakura is asked to choose between naruto and sasuke, she will definitely pick sasuke over naruto without giving it a thought. But Hinata has loved naruto ever since childhood, even when no one liked him. So for things tobe fair, Naruto should definitely end up with Hinata.
