Nagato attempted to revive all those who had died in the Konoha invasion. Konan said with his chakra level, he would die. Does that mean if Nagato was healthy he could potentially use it multiple times?

its depends on who you want to revive, if its someone who died only a few hours ago, you wouldn't have to die using the technique. It would take a considerable amount of chakra but you would still live. But if you want to revive someone who died years ago, then it would cost you your life most likely because of the excessive amount of chakra drain.

only reason obito would die using that technique to revive madara is because hes not an uzumaki with the life force that they have
the only reason nagato would live is because of his life force that he gets from the uzumaki blood.

It does make sense but what Shimu Aburame said about the time of death consuming more chakra also makes sense because obito has very high chakra reserves due to hashirama cells and so on but still stated he would die reviving madara. I doubt he would if he revived just dead neji.
