Let me see

1.Sasuke had to use Orochimaru body replacement technique to escape Amaterasu which uses half of your Chakra.

2.The Cruse Mark itself absorbs a huge amount of Chakra...that's why Sasuke hardly used the Cruse Mark.

3.Sasuke also had to use part of his chakra to maintain Orochimaru from getting out when he absorbed him.

I am not even counting the other Jutsus he used.....the fact Sasuke spams his MS in the 5 Kage Summit,spam against Kakashi, and even spam the living shit out of against Danzo shows his superior Chakra and Stamina compare to Itachi....don't lie to yourself man.
