Madara was never meant to be the Final Villain of this manga. Obito is.

-Cause of the bad things in the characters lives (Kyuubi attack, Minato and Kushina's deaths, Uchiha massacre)
-Been the one behind everything for the whole of Part II.
-Basically an Anti-Naruto.

It'd be kind of messed up if Madara came back and became the final villain when he has no impact on the protagonists at all and has been dead this whole time while Obito carried out his plan.

Juubi is the priority not madara.

Hashirama has Mokuton,Advanced Mokuton (Sage Art),Sage Mode

Hashirama is the master and original user/founder of Mokuton,Madara is not.

Plus Hashirama clearly saw Madara with the Rinnegan (Didnt even flinch) and im pretty sure Tobirama would of told him that he had Hashirama's cells like he did with Orochimaru so put 2 and 2 together,"I think hes trying to control Mokuton by using the cells in your DNA Hashirama,he has also unlocked the Rinnegan in the process "

Hashirama has Mokuton, Sennin Mode and Shinsusenju. Madara has Mokuton, Eien no Mangekyo Sharingan [Perfect Susano'o, Izanagi], Rinnegan [Rikudō Jutsu]. I believe that Hashirama can't use Shinsusenju as an Edo Ninja. This places Madara a full-tier above Hashirama. And as you stated, it wouldn't make sense if Hashirama is the stronger of the two again.

Edit: For a serious answer, Madara used Sharingan to control Kurama. We all saw how easy Obito just walks in looks at Kurama and boom under his control, now imagine Madara doing that. Madara controls Kurama no dif.

To be honest, I don't see Madara winning easily at all. The only problem Hashirama is going to have is with the rinnegan. Seeing that naruto basically took down a rinnegan user with sage mode, I don't see how Hashirama can't. Hashirama has already successfully beat ps and his mokuton abilities are surely better than Madara's because he is the original user. Yea, Madara is powerful but Hashirama is no fodder.

Of course he's not, it's the Jūbi. What is the Alpha of Narutoverse? Jūbi, therefore logically the Omega is also the Jūbi, Alpha and Omega, the first and the last. It all started with the Jūbi therefore it must end with the Jūbi.

Also it clearly doesn't or he wouldn't have used him. Genjutsu can be used on more than one person... and he wasn't fighting Kurama at all.
