gai and rock lee win mid-high diff. sakura doesnt have nearly as much chakra as tsunade, and gai and lee dont have to use chakra to enhance their physical strength like team 1 does. sakura gets destroyed first by gates then team 2 gangs on tsunade and wins via high-level gates. katsuyu isnt an offensive creature and will not be able to heal tsunade at the same rate that guy and lee wound her. brute strength < blinding speed + above average strength = team 2 win high diff because of tsunade's mitotic regeneration and katsuyu healing.

Lee is a non factor in this fight. Sakura soloes him with the help of two human sized Katsuyu.

i doubt it. both are too slow to land a hit on either of team 2, especially in gates.
really, what can tsunade and sakura do to attack? Punch the enemy, punch the ground, jump up and kick. all of these are very obvious moves and considering team 2's speed, theyd be lucky to land a single hit. masters of evasion? my ass. fighting against madara tsunade was getting stabbed and chopped up all day long. against sasori, sakura got poisoned several times and only dodged hiruko's needles with chiyo's help. medical ninjutsu and mitotic regeneration do not heal ALL wounds. a crushed brain (gate 1 lotus) cannot be self-healed. katsuyu is relatively useless except for possible putting team 1 back together when the match is over. though i admit that the many, many healing and regenerative abilities team 1 has would make it a drawn-out fight, meaning high diff team 2 wins.

Lees team bc they have the gates. Tsunade is a medical ninja . Personally i dont even think she evdn has top tier kage reasoning but more than guy. Guy wins bc he has soon more in the mamga including fighting obito.

She can't even keep up with Lee's speed and her taijutsu pales in comparison to Lee's. Lee in the first gate is enough to take her down, if she some how manages to live through that secondary lotus will take care of her. Even if Katsuyu does heal her she won't be moving and most likely will be unconscious.

Gai could easily take out Katsuyu with Asa Kujaku; you take out the main body and the others go with it. Tsunade won't be hitting Gai in the 6th or 7th gate. She can attempt to use byakugou but, it doesn't last for ever. Her taijutsu isn't even close to the level of Gai's and neither is her speed. She may have broke a V2 Susano'o rib cage but, one Hirudora from Gai sent it flying into a mountain. He wasn't even in EIG when he did that and he was also being crushed by Mokuryū.

I think after a long fight Tsunade would win. Her stamina is better and she has a slug summon who is immune to every physical damage.

Katsuya managed to let hundreds of fodder survive a nuke level shinra tensei when she was split into hundreds of mini versions. Do you really think Asakujaku has more power than an attack that could wipe out an entire village.

The manga says team 1 tbh. Tsunade was chosen before guy and even kakashi. Hokage is strongest person in village so tsunade > guy right there. Samara is a pseudo tsunade and has shown all of tsunades skill except for byakugo (thus far), therefore she's most likely above Lee.

Anyway, byakugo wins this. Opening gates is suicide. They'd just leave themselves exhausted and open to hulk smash.
