I dont think she is about to die but she death will increase Sakura;s development
Hope you enjoy it, it was mostly for fun, but i could happen 
Greatly influence by my drawing but this is what she is doing.
Orochimaru looks to see Tsunade bisected by a tree, clinging on to her life.
Oro: My,my Tsunade chan, you seem to be half the woman you used to be.
Tsunade: I must be closer to hell than I thought, come to see me off old friend, atleast I manage to save the other Kages...
Tsunade eye become heavy, and she coughs a little
Oro: shhhku,ku, ku Oh Tsunade you still amuse me, save your strength, I've come to help...
Karin: Should I heal her, Orochimaru-sama.
Oro: You are not required at the moment. In time, you will be of great use.
(orochimaru licks out his tongues and smiles)
Karin:...(creep out laugh) o-okay
Tsunade: What do you want...Orochimaru?
Oro: I can't let you die a dishonorable death, you were my friend after all.
Katsuyu mini: Your services are not required here, you dont scare me orochimaru! I will heal Princess Tsunade
Tsunade: Katsuyu...I dont think I will make it...tell Sakura...I...
Katsuyu: Dont speak like that Princess, hang in there...if you want to help Orochimaru, move the tree.
Oro: shkukuku, I dont take orders from slugs anymore, I have evolved beyond the 3way deadlock, and when I said I'd help I didn't say who I was helping
Orochimaru summons a snake from his mouth 5 times the size of Katsuyu mini and then it fights her off, while he tends to Tsunade.
Katsuyu:..!

Karin: I dont understand...
Suigetsu: uhh, Orochimaru sama
Oro: Silence, Saskue-kun wants to be hokage, he needs her out of the way
Orochimaru spits out a sword a beheads Tsunade. *My plan is almost complete, all I need now is Karin and Suigetsu*
Orochimaru smiles and looks at them from the corner of his eye
Scene switches.
Jubbi is burning in flames, a loud scream of pain can be heard from the beast. It begans to go ballistic breaking free form the seals and it stops moving.
Fodder: It's dead, Naruto and Saskue did it.
Jubbi: (gleam of light)" Ahh, it's good to be free once again, that shell could only be broken by the combined might of those who descended from the sage him self. Now I must rid this world of your kind, and start over...(dark vader voice)
Saskue: Damn it
Naruto: Damn, looks like we didn't kill him
Sakura: That in which doesn't kill you can only make you stronger.
(Sakura feels as if a piece of her is missing, and Katsuyu informs her of Tsunades death by the hands of Orochimaru. A tear begans to run down Sakura cheek.)
Sakura: Tsunade Sama, you didn't even get to see blossom, but dont worry i will carry on your legacy, know that you will of fire burn deep with in me, and I will avenge you no matter what. Even it that means...
(Sakura has a faint memory of her trying to kill Saskue.)
Shikamaru: I didn't think of this happening, I need a moment
Ino: Something bothering Sakura, I can feel it...
Jubbi: And you, foolsih mortal, trying to control what you can not comprehend, you are a fool. And for that I must end you. The Jubbi forms a Tail Beast Ball At Madara.
Madara: Please, dont underestimate me beast, Shinra Tensei.
(Madara raises his hand a pushes the attack away, right back at the beast, hurting it)
Jubbi: You wield the eye of the Sage. DIE!!! GWauohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
Sakura jumps on Gamakichi, with a mini Katsuyu on her shoulder.
Naruto: Whats up Sakura chan?
Sakura: We need to attack it while it's distracted...
Naruto: Right, Saskue Kun let get it while it's distracted.
Sakura: Hold it right there, I'm helping this time! Seal Release
Sakura forms a the ram hand seal and begans to change. Lines began to run down Sakura's body then disolve into her skin and a mark of buddha appears on her forhead. Sakura hair also grew as a side effect from regeneration. THen she began to float as cherry blossoms emerge from her head.
Naruto: Sakura Chan...your amazing.
Saskue: (thoughts) Sakura chan...hmm...she gotten better, she may be problematic...
Sakura: Not only was I storing my own chakra in my forhead but I was storing natural chakra as well,(forms hand seals) Yin-Yang Release: Perfect Byakugo: Transcended Cherry Blossom. I am not some defensless woman, I am a force of nature, feel my wrath.
*Thoughts: My perfect Chakra control allowed my to prefect and combine this technique with the slug sage mode. I have moved beyond simple chakra control, I have control over my physcial and spiritual enrgy, I have become enlightened, I am aware of my entire being, now I am able to manifest my chakra on the physical plane and manipulate it,I have been saving this for you Saskue...(no kun) *
Naruto: Ready let go this.
Naruto begins to form a Rasenshuriken and throws it up in the air, Saskue then adds his black flame to it. Sakura then uses her new found telekinetic powers and makes the attack even more stronger, by speeding up the rotation and causing it to grow, then she throws it at the Jubbi, with her mind.
Naruto:?! Sakura chan, that jutsu. you're flying, and how did you do that!!!
Saskue:....( his jaw drops and he try to identify that technique with his Sharrigan but fails.)
Madara: That power
Hashirama: That girl, she perfected Mito's byakugo and combined aspects of my sage mode to it. She may be a greater Shinobi that me and Itachi! But how? Could it be, she is the one...
Next Chapter: Prophecy Girl! Cherry Blossom Finally Blooms.
