I mean in that scan, it seems like he is really holding a physical sword which is engulfed with enton. I am stating this because you cannot hold the enton in your hand cuz it will burn your hands.

Clearly sasuke holds enton with bare hands. Thats how boss Lord Sasuke is XD

We have yet to hear about Sasuke receiving a new sword of some kind and in the picture it does appear he is holding the Enton flames with his bare hands. We do see that in Chapter 634 "The New Three-Way Deadlock" on Page 10 Sasuke uses his Enton Sword to Pierce the Juubi copy and then slice through it[

], yet we do not see it catch on fire. The scan in Chapter 632 "Explosion" Page 19 where Sasuke holding the flames we also see him use the very flames he was holding to burn the targeted Juubi clone[
