The iPhone 5 is terrible.

Id rather stick with the iPhone 4 than get a 5 or migrate to Samsung.

Definitely S4. It is a lot more powerful and has a lot of great features. However it can be slightly complicated for the first few weeks if you aren't used to Android OS. Overall awesome phone

if you want a phone, iphone i'd say - if you want a giant tab - maybe s4 or perhaps HTC ONE is for you
